Achieving sustainability is the greatest challenge of our time and outstanding leadership will be crucial if we are going to meet this challenge successfully. Are you a talented and creative individual with expertise in communication, content, online learning or learning campaigns with a proven track record of shaping opinions in a commercial context?

If you’re able to apply your experience and skills to influence the next generation of business leaders then we can offer you a unique opportunity to work on a portfolio of digital learning products that supports influential leaders and organisations as they grapple with global challenges such as inequality, pollution, climate change and natural resource depletion.
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to help us develop and deliver our expanding portfolio of digital learning work. You’ll have experience working in a business environment to influence behavioural change using a range of digital media and content. Experience might span roles such as public relations, social media, communication, content production, marketing, learning design and digital learning.

In this job you’ll lead digital learning and creative initiatives with colleagues, subject experts and partners to grow our online course offering. You will lead from the concept and design phase through to delivery and evaluation and contribute to the growth of digital learning business services through research, analysis and the development of successful online tools.
If you’ve a passion for sustainability and want to work for an organisation that will share your sense of purpose and make an impact in the world then this is the job for you.

You’ll be expected to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience of leading the design and/or delivery of successful digital content or online learning projects for a client or organisation.
  • A good understanding and experience of how to create powerful and engaging stories to influence others.

  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to grow and maintain relationships with clients, delivery partners and subject experts.
  • High level of competence across new technologies such as digital learning, social media, online tools, apps and other software packages.

Interviews will be held during the week beginning 6th October 2021.
