Join the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) to examine how leadership theory has changed over the past 60 years and why a new form of leadership is required.

Participants will gain the opportunity to:  

  • Unpack how leadership theory has evolved over time
  • Explore some of the limitations to different approaches within the 21st Century
  • Gain insight into the Cambridge Leadership Model
  • Examine how the Cambridge Leadership Model is being applied by individuals and across progressive organisations
